Service Description
The people we love may leave the physical world, but that doesn't necessarily mean the relationship—or the connection—ends there. This private mediumship session creates space for Zokai to connect intuitively with those who have passed and share the messages, memories, impressions, emotions, or identifying details that come through. You may come to a session hoping to connect with someone specific, seeking reassurance after a loss, carrying an unanswered question, or simply feeling called to hear what Spirit has to say. During your session, Zokai will share what she receives as it comes through, without forcing a particular message or outcome. A mediumship session may bring: - messages or impressions from departed loved ones - meaningful memories or identifying information - reassurance and validation - perspective around unresolved feelings or questions - a sense of peace, comfort, or continued connection A Note About Mediumship Mediumship is an intuitive spiritual practice, and every session unfolds differently. While you are welcome to come with a particular loved one in mind, a connection with a specific person cannot be guaranteed. Zokai does not control who comes through, what information is shared, or the nature of the message received. For this reason, it is often best to arrive open rather than heavily focused on receiving one specific message. If a connection is made, Zokai will communicate what she receives as clearly and honestly as possible—even when the message is different from what you expected. 60 minutes | $175 | Phone Come open. Cancellation Policy
By booking a session with Zokai, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Payment & Booking Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed. Rescheduling & Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and require a new booking and payment. Late Arrivals Your appointment begins at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable and will require a new booking and payment to reschedule. Refunds All readings and spiritual services are non-refundable once the service has been provided or the appointment window has begun. A particular message, prediction, or outcome is never guaranteed. Reading Time Your booking reserves the stated amount of time. You are encouraged to prioritize your most important questions. Zokai will address as much as reasonably possible within your scheduled session, but completion of every submitted question is not guaranteed. Spiritual Guidance Readings are provided for spiritual guidance, personal insight, and reflection. They are not substitutes for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial services. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. Session Boundaries Zokai reserves the right to decline or discontinue a reading when a request falls outside the scope of the service or when continuing the session would be inappropriate or disruptive. If Zokai must cancel an appointment and cannot reasonably reschedule it, the client will receive a refund.
